Ginestra, ranuncs, lisianthus, hydrangea and twigs. Ginestra is as fragrant as a gardenia and just as splendid. 

A Formal Affair

The ranunculus were amazing this morning at the flower market. I love these little flowers and all their petals. 

And the work begins, I couldnt wait to see the end product. The all white was stunning in the mercury glass vases. I am excited to get back to formal, fancy weddings. I have missed the element of elegance from weddings lately. 

Its starting to come together and I am getting giddy!

Hanging Amaranthus is always a fabulous finishing touch. The green  velvet texture against the mercury glass is one of my favorite details. 

I snuck into the Bride's dressing room so I could get a quick pic with her and her bouquet

Gardenias, garden roses and ivory roses made the most divine smelling bouquet I think I have ever had the pleasure to create. It was delicious.

This wedding was such a treat to work on. Flowers like scented geranium, mint, roses and callas filled up my work space with the most delicious scents. I love the organic greens with hints of purple. Thank you to Ravenberg Photography for sending me some great photos!

Spring Trend: The Choker

Chokers are making a strong comeback and I am obsessed! I cant wait to wear my new rose gold choker. I love the polished statement these necklaces make.

Today I love.. the creativity of others

This afternoon has been a delight as I have strolled thru the creative work of others. Its such a great way to spur your own imagination and to help remind you that your limits are endless. How invigorating it is to see the colors and shapes and innovation of the artists of our day.
